One workshop a month won't teach you to handstand. Learning how to train yourself between them will. That's what we're here for.
Train with people
Meet the people you'll practise with — in the park, the gym, wherever. The community is the point.

The Workshop
90 minutes. Warm-up, handstand practice, and a HIIT finisher so nothing's left in the tank. You'll leave exhausted. Probably addicted.
