what it's like
What to expect
Everyone helps everyone
Two coaches, sixteen people — everyone spots each other, shares what's working, cheers when someone nails something. The group makes the session.
All levels, genuinely
First time ever trying? You'll fit right in. Been practising for years? You'll still get something out of it. The workshop is structured so there's always something useful for wherever you're at.
Downtown Toronto
Every workshop is in the downtown core. Exact address goes out to registered attendees a few days before — easy to get to from anywhere in the city.
Two coaches, sixteen people
Two instructors means everyone actually gets attention. You'll get seen, adjusted, and coached — not just watched from across the room.

Common questions
Do I need any experience?
None at all. The workshop is genuinely all-levels — beginners are just as welcome as people who've been practising for years. You'll find your place.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in. Bare feet or grip socks work best on the mat. No shoes.
How do I find out the location?
Once you've signed up, the address is sent out a few days before the workshop. Locations rotate every month — usually gyms, studios, or other interesting Toronto spaces.
What if it's full?
Join the waitlist on Luma — you'll be notified automatically if a spot opens. Spots do come up.
Can I bring someone?
Yes — just have them sign up separately so they have their own confirmed spot.
